This tea is made by dried and raosted lotus leaves containing much polyphenol.

A pressed piece of sushi with cooked ingreduents like egg, lotus roots, mashroom and fish on top.

 

 

Karashi-Renkon　100yen

Cooked lotus root with hot mustard. Lotus root is from Iwakuni.
